Image Conversion Requires a Vision Processor

When you are assembling a machine vision system for your production line, there are several key components that you are going to need to complete the system. One of these is the vision processor, which is a PCI or PCIe card that is inserted into the motherboard of your computer. The role of this card is to process the information coming in from one or more video cameras on your production line.

Since you are likely to have more than one camera keeping an eye your production line, you will need a vision processor to stream all of the signals and then be able to sort them out into usable images on your screen or to be stored on your hard drive until they are needed.  You cannot run your machine vision system without this very important piece of hardware and the supporting software.

When you need a vision processor for your machine vision system, let Alacron custom build one to fit your needs.
