The frame grabber makes it possible for the human operator or a computer program to examine a single image from a steady stream of video so that it can be compared to a known perfect image. This will allow the machine operator to keep a very close eye on the machines and make sure that everything they are putting in place is aligned and installed properly. When the machines get out of line, the operator can quickly make the necessary adjustments.
